This website is operated by Alabama Furniture Direct. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Alabama Furniture Direct.
By visiting our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced on our website, including our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Online Store Terms
By using this website, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement.

Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display our furniture, finishes, colors, dimensions, descriptions, and other product information as accurately as possible.
However, colors and finishes may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, computer monitors, mobile devices, and other display settings.
Natural variations may also occur in materials such as wood, leather, fabric, stone, or other furniture components. These variations may not be considered defects when they are normal characteristics of the material.
We reserve the right to correct errors or update product information when necessary.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice. Once an order has been completed and accepted, the price associated with that order will generally remain as purchased unless an obvious pricing or system error occurred.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and, when necessary, cancel or modify an affected order. If this occurs after payment has been collected, the customer will be contacted regarding the available options.
Product Availability and Inventory
Furniture availability is subject to current inventory.
Although we make reasonable efforts to keep inventory information accurate, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed.
If an ordered product is unavailable, Alabama Furniture Direct may contact the customer to discuss available options, including a replacement item, delayed fulfillment, modification of the order, or a refund for the unavailable item.
We will not substitute furniture without the customer's approval.
Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance of that order.
We reserve the right to review, decline, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including, but not limited to:
- Product or inventory errors
- Pricing errors
- Payment authorization issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Delivery limitations
- Incorrect customer or delivery information
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
Payment
Customers agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information when placing an order.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is considered complete unless another payment arrangement has been specifically approved by Alabama Furniture Direct.
Payment processing may be provided by Shopify or other third-party payment providers. Alabama Furniture Direct does not control the processing policies of a customer's bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.
Delivery
Furniture delivery is available only within the delivery areas offered by Alabama Furniture Direct.
Applicable delivery charges will be presented to the customer during checkout or otherwise provided before the order is completed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring reasonable access to the delivery location.
The customer should ensure that furniture will reasonably fit through doors, hallways, stairways, elevators, and other areas required to complete delivery.
Delivery times or dates provided by Alabama Furniture Direct are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise. Delays may occur because of weather, transportation conditions, product availability, scheduling, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Inspection at Delivery
Customers should inspect their furniture at the time of delivery.
Any visible damage or concerns should be brought to the attention of the delivery team and documented before the delivery is completed.

as soon as possible regarding damaged furniture or delivery concerns.
If furniture is determined to have been damaged before entering the customer's home or during the delivery process, Alabama Furniture Direct will provide a replacement at no additional charge when the same replacement item is available.
If an appropriate replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued for the affected furniture in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by the Alabama Furniture Direct Return & Refund Policy.
Customer Preference Returns must be initiated within the period stated in that policy and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and applicable return pickup charges.
Furniture must meet the condition requirements stated in our Return & Refund Policy to qualify for a return.
Customers should review the full Return & Refund Policy before completing a purchase.
Measurements and Furniture Fit
Customers are responsible for confirming that the furniture they purchase is suitable for their space.
This includes measuring the intended room as well as doorways, hallways, stairways, elevators, entryways, and other areas the furniture must pass through during delivery.
Alabama Furniture Direct is not responsible for a customer's failure to confirm that furniture will fit within their home or intended space.
A return resulting from size, fit, style, comfort, color preference, or another personal preference may be considered a Customer Preference Return and handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Website Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information appearing on our website is accurate.
Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, incorrect pricing, incorrect inventory information, inaccurate descriptions, or other mistakes.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders when necessary.
